RE: RNAse contamination in AUC CP's

Dear Borries,

We have completed a number of equilibrium runs over a period of 5-6 
days with RNA and not seen any problems with RNase contamination. 
We have not taken extra measures or precautions in cleaning 
centrepieces and the RNA sample appears to be of the same quality as 
that loaded at the beginning of the experiment. Not sure if we have 
just been lucky! Best wishes,
