Re: RNAse contamination in AUC CP's

Dear Borries:

Several years ago I did some equilibrium studies involving RNA-protein
interactions which lasted at least two weeks per run. I devised a protocol
for cell preparation and loading which worked with complete reliability
based on the criterion of not seeing any degredation at all in cells
containing only RNA during this time period. Since the procedure is rather
detailed and I am pressed for time today, I would prefer it if you would
call me at 301-496-9044 at your convenience. I will be in today only for
the next hour (it is 3:25 PM EDST) and between about 9 AM and 12 noon
tomorrow (I am going fishing on the Bay) or almost any time next week.

Best regards -

Marc
