Partial Specific Volume of DNA

Hello Everyone,

I would like to know if anybody has done analytical ultracentrifugation
experiments (sedimentation equilibrium) on DNA samples.  If so, I would
appreciate it if you could help me with the partial specific volume of
DNA.  Also, are there any problems that I should anticipate with DNA
samples?  Thank you.
