XLA wavelength accuracy

In response to Brian Baker's earlier message, the wavelength indicated on the
XLA file header is always correct, at least within the tolerances of the
published specification (these are +/- 4 nm for accuracy, or +/- 2 nm for
repeatability).

As for the problem described by Les Hicks, Beckman-Coulter has become aware of
this and we are working on a new iteration of the control software which will
correct it.
