Leak Test

Belated thanks to Tom, John, Les, Rose, & others for the answers to my
query about the leak test. We had some old Model E 12 mm two-sector
centerpieces here that we had our machine shop cut down to 3 mm for high
concentration interference runs and I wanted to make sure we had no sector
to sector leakage. The prototype passed the test with flying colors
(actually in this case no colors, since the NaOH didn't get to the
phenolpthalein), so it looks like we're in business.

Cheers,

Les Hicks
