AUC Data Evaluation software

Hello
I am new to the field of AUC and I am seeking some assistance . I would
like recommendations on equilibrium data analysis programs which might be
used for heterodimeric or multimeric protein associations.  Does such a
program exist? I am currently working on HIV 1 ReverseTranscriptase
 ( 66/51).
