I was wishing to do just some simple data simulation for sedimentation =
equilibrium data. It doesn't have to be too complex. The aim is just to =
generate some data from some given parameters, so that the user can =
compare their data and the generated stuff, and see if what they have is =
close. If it is close they can then go on to do some non-linear least =
squares analysis, to test deeper. If the 2 sets are not close then they =
can rethink their model and not worry about wasting their time trying to =
fit it to the model. The simple way I tohought to do this would be to =
supply the parameters, e.g estimate of K, MW etc and you would have the =
speed etc from the experiment and then randomly generate(within certain =
boundaries) the baseline offset(therfore giving some sort of =
experimental error) and generatng data over a particular range of radii. =
Would this be sufficient enough to give a general idea or would I need =
to do somehting else.
