Hi Geoff
Older values for the physical parameters of deuterium oxide are currently
under review by the Heavy Water project -
"The HeavyWater Project is a joint project of the International Association
for the Properties of Water & Steam and the Subcommittee on Transport
Properties of Commission I.2 on Thermodynamics of the International Union of
Pure & Applied Chemistry ( IUPAC)"
