I have been measuring the vbar value of Ribosomal RNA and MS2 viral RNA long
time ago using a Paar densitometer. The main problem is finding the right
method for the concentration measurements. I remember that we obtained
values from 0.50 to 0.44 ml/g, according to the solvent conditions. I you
want more details, I can look it up to find the solvent conditions, the
absorbance value we used for calculating the conditions etc. Just give me a
sign.
