Chondroitin sulfate

Hello everyone

Please note that my e-mail has changed from hyarabe@unix1.sncc.lsu.edu to yarabeh@ahp.com as I have taken a position at Whitehall-Robins healthcare, a division of American Home Products.

Does anyone have experience in running chondroitin sulfate (a polysaccharide biomolecule) with analytical ultracentrifugation?
I would appreciate any suggestions about this matter?
