vbar of acetyl group?

Hi everyone,
I am doing some sedimentation equilibrium runs on self-associating peptides.
They have an N-terminal acetyl group and are amidated at the C-terminus.
Does anyone have any info' on the effect of these capping groups on the
vbar?  Thanks in advance for your time...
