I hope my comment following your clarification is of practical
interest. In principle, if TFE is volatile enough, chemical
potential equilibration can be achieved by vapor pressure
equilibration in vacuum, followed by weighing and density
measurement. This would avoid the problems related to sticking
to the dialysis membrane.
