Effect of TFE on vbar of proteins

Dear RASMBers:

We have performed sedimentation equilibrium of different concentrations of
a peptide (monomer Mr 2900) in the presence of 30% trifluoroethanol. In
order to convert the bouyant Mw's to their corresponding Mw's we would like
to introduce a correction factor on the vbar of the peptide due to the TFE
(if so). We would appreciate any comment or advice on this subject.
