Dear Marina,
As our esteemed colleagues have been pointing out, the solvent conditions
are almost certainly affecting your apparent mass values. I was wondering,
though, whether you have tried denaturing gel electrophoresis on your
samples AFTER they have been subjected to ultracentrifugation?
