new version of dcdt

Hello RASMBer's

	There is a new version of dcdt for the Macintosh PPC that allows one 
to expand the x-axis region for selecting the meniscus position for both 
sedimentation and floatation. It also has better list file creation.

The list file stuff works best (less navigation) if you set 
"[X] Last folder used in the application" in the General Control Panel.
