dc/dt analysis question

Hello RASMBers,

For a recent set of runs a coworker of mine needed to reduce sample volume
to about 250 microliters to get the desired concentration (limited qty of
protein). However in dc/dt we can't select the meniscus because it is
outside the right of the selection window. Is there a workaround for this
in the program or is it simply important to load a larger minimum volume?
Have I missed something obvious, here? As we proceed through the analysis
in dc/dt funny things begin to happen, and even though the data looks good,
the program gets cranky and error bars get huge...I suspect this results
from initial problem of not being able to properly select the meniscus?
Otherwise, the program has worked perfecly every time I have used it with
larger sample volumes...

Thanks,
--Michael
