another SEDNTERP update

It turns out an indirect consequence of the changes in the update of a week
ago is an error and program crash when you try to paste amino acid sequences
from the Clipboard (bug found by John Toedt).

There is now a version 1.03 that fixes this. The whole installation is
SDTR9902.exe, the update from versions 1.01 or 1.02 is a new SDNUPDAT.exe.
These are both on the RASMB FTP site, and the update file can also be
obtained via my software site, http://jphilo.mailway.com/download.htm
