vH/W and non-ideality

While I essentially agree with everything that Arthur said in response to
Libby's question, the van Holde/Weischet method does in fact provide an
extremely useful diagnostic for concentration-dependence of S.  Have a look
at Demeler et al. (1997) Biophysical J. 72, 397-407 to convince yourselves
of this and many other useful applications of the method.
