Re: Unusual(?) problem

Dear RASMB'ers,

in reference to Jack's comment about the sedimentation times in the files
and how it affects other software packages - sedfit, the finite element
Lamm equation modeling package, takes the times from the w^2*t entry of the
file (the default), or optionally from the seconds entry.

As a further option that can be useful in special situations, sedfit also
allows to fix the time of the start of the centrifugation experiment, i.e.
a 't0' time, to a user-defined value, or treat to it as fitting parameter
(this can be helpful, e.g. for studying the time-invariant noise patterns
- but this clearly shouldn't be done routinely).

Best wishes,
Peter
