RE: Oldies but goldies

Subj:	Oldies but goldies
From: "STEVE HARDING" <Steve.Harding@nottingham.ac.uk>

Hello RASMB's
Does anyone have any relatively recent (i.e. of less than 50 years
antiquity) so20,w values for these "oldies but goldies"?
ribonuclease A (1.64)
deoxyhemoglobin (4.31)
ovalbumin? (3.42, 3.55)
I've done a database search and came up with nothing: the numbers in
brackets are values dating 50 years or older.
Cheers
Steve

Hi Steve,

Check the chapter by Kuntz and Kauzman in Advances in Protein Chemistry
(1974) vol 28 p239ff for some slightly more recent numbers.

Walter
