Hello!

I just wanted to write again and say thanks to all who helped me and
pointed out the problems in my system... I managed to get nice results
using SE to determine the size of my RNA-Protein complex... using a vbar of
0.66 (as an average) I get a MW of 54Kd, which fits nicely with a 2:1
protein:tRNA complex...  I could fit for one species since the contribution
to absorbance at 260nm from my protein is negligible due to the lack of
Trp's...
