Problems with aluminium centerpieces

Hi RASMBer's.

I normally use epon-charcoal centerpieces because I'm working with salt
free aqueous solutions.
I once tried to use an aluminium centerpiece in order to do experiments
at higher speed. The Result: One broken Window and no Experiment! Can
anybody tell me how to assemble a cell with an aluminium centerpiece
without damaging a window? I really used ALL necessary parts (gaskets
etc.).
