Chaps

Does anyone have experience with the propensity of Chaps to bind to proteins
and if so a good way to calculate vbar for a heteromeric oliogomerizing
system ?
Any help is much appreciated.
I apologize if this is a duplicate - I've had a number of these kicked back
so I'm trying again.
