AUC of protein-DNA complexes

Hi everybody,

we have conducted an analytical ultracentrifugation study of a prokaryotic
transcription activator protein (NtrC) and its complexes with DNA. The
comments of the reviewers of our paper were only addressing the biological
aspects of the work and so far we have received no feedback on the
ultracentifugation part (two of the referees explicitly said that they were
not familiar with the technique). This is kind of strange since the paper
has only a single gel and the rest is all centrifugation. Maybe someone in
the RASMB mailing list is interested in reading the paper and sending me
some comments/suggestions etc. The paper (630 K) is in the Adobe Acrobat
