Ultracentrifuge Data Analysis in MLAB

Dear rasmbers,

I have recently posted a detailed example
of estimating the equilibrium constant of
a general binding reaction from optical

This example explains the mathematical
model (which includes non-zero virial
coefficients to be estimated) and shows
the use of MLAB in doing this fitting.
