data for Beckman Airfuge rotors
I would like to perform a sedimentation equilibrium experiment
using a Beckman airfuge but only have a 30 degree A-100 rotor
available. The curves (volume versus radius) are published for both the 18 and
30 degree rotors (Pollet, Methods in Enzymology 117 1985) as is
the data for the 18 degree rotor BUT not the 30 degree rotor.
I have contacted Beckman and they cannot seem to supply the critical
values (r, rc, and rb in the publication above).
Does anyone have this data?
Does anyone have experience using the 30 degree rotor?
Thanks,
Kurt
