Conference announcement: RASMB'98, Melbourne

Dear RASMB networkers

There is going to be another RASMB meeting.  Everybody is welcome.  The
following is the first announcement.

Preliminary Announcement of the 3rd Meeting on 

REVERSIBLE ASSOCIATIONS IN STRUCTURAL AND MOLECULAR BIOLOGY

TO BE HELD AT THE UNIVERSITY OF MELBOURNE, 
FEBRUARY 5-7, 1998


Proposed Themes for the Conference 

		(1) Protein-DNA Interactions
		(2) Protein Binding to Membrane Surfaces
		(3) Dynamics of Growth Factor-Receptor Systems 
		(4) Quantitative Aspects of Protein Assembly
		(5) New Methods for studying Macromolecular Equilibria 

Other suggestions are welcome.

Conference Dates. Proceedings will start on the morning of Thursday 5
February and conclude at lunchtime on Saturday 7 February.  These dates
immediately precede the 1998 combined Lorne Conference on Protein Structure
and Function (a joint meeting with the American Protein Society) to be held
in Lorne, Australia from Sunday 8 February to Thursday 12 February, 1998.

Registration 

AU$100 (approx $US80) - a marginal rise from that (AU$80) for the 1994
Meeting.
