New README files for DCDT

Several new README files for both the mac and PC versions of DCDT have been
placed on the RASMB FTP server. 


MS_DOS VERSION:
The main readme file for the MS-DOS version has been long in need of an 
update. It is called DCDTREAD.ME:

   ftp://bbri.harvard.edu/rasmb/spin/ms_dos/dcdt-stafford/dcdtread.me


MAC VERSION
The main readme file for the MAC version is in Microsoft Word binary format.
It has been updated also and is now in a BINHEXed self-extracting archive 
called README_FIRST_dcdt.hqx:

  ftp://bbri.harvard.edu/rasmb/spin/mac/dcdt-stafford/readme_first_dcdt.hqx

If you use Netscape and have Stuffit Expander, it will be auotmatically 
unBINHEXed and unStuffed.

There are serval other readme files to be found in both directories that 
may be useful.
