Binary format

Dear Rasmbers,
in our group we prefer the data in ASCII format because they can be
recognized  better in the stored form than the binary ones. We 
believe in the near future the computer will be more faster to 
balance out the advantage of quick reading of the binary data.
Furthermore, some more intelligent procedures introduced in the 
programs can do it also. However, when more programs are available for 
binary data we have to live with this problem.
