XL-I problems

Hello everybody,

after several month of successful usage of the Optima XL-I, suddenly I can get no interference picture. A Raptor Driver error appears with the error code:
 
RAPERR_ACQUIRE in function rap_sync_aq_start 
message: "Function timeout after 2000 milliseconds"

The frame grabber board was checked by Beckman service and seems to be ok. All other XL-A functions are working as usual. So, it looks more like a computer configuration error. I'm working with the XL-I software version 3.00 and Windows 3.11 (fw). 

Who can help?
