any interest in modified synthetic boundary centerpieces?

     Hi youall...

I'm trying to convince Beckman to make some modified synthetic
boundary centerpieces with the outside scribe at 6.941 cm to give a
volume of 70 microliters so that if the solvent sector is filled with
210 microliters and the solution sector with 70 microliters one gets
matched menisci at 140 microliters and a boundary. Why do I want
these? I want to look at polymers with the Lechner method out of BASF
with interference data and want to get Co's and equilibrium data from
the same cell assembly and to shorten the time to equilibrium for the
large mw polymers. But I'll bet youall (pardon my Southernese!) out
there might well see other neat uses for these proposed mutant
synthetic boundary centerpieces. If you are interested, please e-mail
me (if possible) a brief desicription of your possible use so that I
can convince Beckman that such a mutant might sell.

     Thanks
