tRNA/protein complex

        Dear Rasmbers

I have some questions that I hope someone in RASMB land can help with:

-Does anyone perform sedimentation velocity experiments with tRNA/protein 
complex?
-Does anyone know of vbar determination for tRNA and tRNA/protein complex in 
100mM NaCl (i.e. not CsCl gradient)?
-Does anyone evaluate Rs of a tRNA/protein complex?
