We have used a rinse with 0.1% SDS, followed by water and ethanol, for
many
years, on both the centrepieces and windows. We have no problem with
residual
adsorption on the windows and also have been able to run RNA in the cells
without degradation, suggesting that there is little, if any, carry over
from
other samples.
