A couple of questions

I have a couple of unrelated questions that I hope someone in RASMB land
can help with.
1- does anyone know of good vbar determinations for single, double and
triple stranded DNA in physiological salt conditions (i.e. not CsCl
gradients).
2- does anyone know where sapphire windows can be refurbished? Meller
optical used to do this, but will no longer rework them. The cost is about
1/10th that of new windows, so it is worthwhile.
