High offset (E) values when fitting eq. data

I am using the Microcal Origin software to fit sedimentation
equilibrium data obtained with an XLA. I am finding that I need to float the
offset ("E") values in order to get reasonable fits, and that some of the E
values are turning out to be very high (0.2 to 0.4 absorbance units).
Unfortunately, I didn't do an overspeeding to obtain the true E values (I'm new
at this), but I really doubt that they are actually that high.

Does anybody have any comments or suggestions? Can I use this data?

	Thanks,
