question on XLA interference optics
Could anyone tell me by what method the interference optics captures data in
the XLA soon to be released. Specifically, I'm interested in whether the
patterns are captured instantaneously ("real time") then processed or
captured over a period of time then processed. Also am wandering if data
capture is accomplished for one cell then another or whether data from two
or three cells can be taken without a need for significant time corrections
when comparing say sedimentation velocity data in the same run.
Thanks for you time
