dn/dc values for Glycoproteins

Sorry John,
I just realized you asked about dn/dc values not vbar. This is something
we would like to address as well. We have been using XLA interference
optics with UV to rapidly obtain spectrophotometic absorptivity values for
proteins. This of course requires that we know dn/dc. So far, using simple
globular proteins and one immunoglobulin we have been successful using
literature dn/dc values. We plan to use highly glycosylated proteins to
address the contribution of the sugar. At any rate after covering up my
embarrassing error on my first read through of your E-mail, I too would be
interested in seeing the response to your question regarding what has been
published.
       Steve.
