Non-aqueous Equilibrium sedimentation question
Has anyone ever done an equilibrium sed experiment in non-aqueous solvents?
e.g. TFE/buffer mixtures.  I assume the determination of partial specific
volume could be difficult, but I am questioning the integrity of the cells as
they interact with the organics.  I don't want TFE leaking from the cell and
getting inside the XLA.
Any thoughts or experience?
