Model System

We are interested in doing a demonstration study using simultaneous data 
acquisition with Rayleigh and UV absorption optics on a prototype XLA. For this 
we would like to identify a simple associating system which we could follow 
using the UV optics on one component and the Rayleigh optics to determine total 
concentration of all components. This requires a system with very good 
separation of the absorption signals (i.e., signal unambiguously from one 
component at some wavelength). 

Can anyone suggest a system that we might use?
